Saturday 5th September
Las Chanchas
8pm
Returning to the stage where it all started, Las Chanchas are coming back to Ten to One for a very special fundraising gig in support of the SAVE TEN TO ONE Crowdfunder. Also playing on the night is the excellent Tawai.
If there’s a band that embodies the dream of Ten to One, it’s Las Chanchas. Since their debut show at the bar in March 2025, they have gone on to conquer the UK cumbia scene. A relentless gig schedule over the past 18 months has included festival slots and sell out nights at venues across the UK, building their fan base with their infectious cumbia sounds as they go.
About to hit the continent for their first international shows, do not miss this opportunity to see one of the hottest new bands around in the unique venue where their live music story started.
The team at Ten to One have been there to support their journey. Some of the highlights include:
* Recording their debut music videos in the back room at the bar (check out the videos below)
* Headlining the main stage at Markfield Road Festival 2025
* Playing to packed houses at Jam In A Jar (and they’ll be back there real soon too)
By coming down you are supporting not only the band, but the ecosystem of grass roots live music venues that provide opportunities to bands to start out. Your continued support is massively appreciated.
Donations to the Save Ten to One Crowdfunder (https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/savetentoone) are welcomed.
