These terms apply when you buy something from the Ten to One merch shop.
Buying from us
We try to make our product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website as accurate as possible. Colours can sometimes look slightly different on different screens.
When you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve received it. We’ll then get your order processed and sent out.
If there’s a genuine problem with an order, such as an obvious pricing error, a payment problem or a product becoming unavailable, we’ll contact you. If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll give you a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is made securely through the payment options available at checkout. We don’t see or store your full payment card details.
Making and sending your order
Our merchandise is made to order and produced and dispatched by our fulfilment partner.
Delivery times can vary depending on the product and where it’s being sent. We’ll give you the delivery information available to us when you place your order.
If something goes wrong with delivery, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to help sort it out.

We do our best to keep the website accurate and working properly, but occasionally things go wrong. If we discover an error that affects an order you’ve placed, we’ll let you know and take appropriate action.
